Afghanistan and Ireland have been approved as Full Members by the ICC . They can now play test matches now. Both these teams impressed in the World Cup and World T20. Ireland have taken part in three World Cup editions while Afghanistan played their first in 2015. Both countries have improved by leaps and bounds. They have become cricket's 11th and 12th Test-playing nations.
